Simple Use,Space Efficient,Easy to assembleAfter burning up several cheaper mixers, I finally gave in and paid more money for the KitchenAid handmixer. It is a true lifesaver. I have to eat a gluten free diet which means I need to learn how to cook, bake and make almost everything. The dough hooks were great for making pizza crust and my first attempt at bread. All the ingredients were mixed perfect and I didn't have to turn it off and unplug it to let it "cool down" like the cheaper mixers. I am just thrilled with the quality of this mixer, and it's pretty too ( sounds funny but if you have to look at something a lot it has to be attractive too). It is no longer a chore to bake! Easy to assemble and disassemble, it came with a dough hook, a whip and the regular mixers.
