Absolutely what I needed!!!
This mixer allows me to make a batch of wheat bread that produces 6 loaves of bread without even breaking a sweat! I love this mixer!!! I have been doing all of my holiday baking and it has been a blessing to have in my kitchen!!!

This is one Powerful Mixer
I purchased this item to replace another brand which caught on fire the first time it was to have been used. I shudder to think what could have happened had be been upstairs asleep or away from home. I have trusted KitchenAid Mixers for decades. Shame on me for having the nerve to try another brand. I suppose that's why what happened, happened, to steer me back to KitchenAid. The all-metal gearbox that has returned to the Professional line of KitchenAid mixers (after a decade or more of having changed to plastic which failed) has me convinced that this model will last for years to come.

Works perfectly, this mixer will stir a batch of divinity with out working at it. Improved the Holiday cooking even over the 275watt Kitchenaid we have had for the last ten years.
