This machine is useless, it does not provide enough steam to remove any wringles. in fact it presses the wringles on and impossible to remove them. this item should not be sold.

MY HUSBAND BOUGTH THIS FO MY XMAS GIFT OPENED THE BOX TO FIND IT HAD ALREADY BEEN USED AND PUT BACK ON SHELF TRIED IT ANYWAY WASTE OF TIME . NO HEAT AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP REFILL THE WATER CUP AFTER 3 STEAMS I AM TAKING IT BACK .

I have had this product going on 3 years. It is a very good Iron for people who have small children. Once you have ironed on it for a couple of months it becomes easier to use. I love my little press iron.

The iron is much smaller than it looks. It has subpar pressing ability. Heat retention is poor. It says commercial rated but I beg to differ. Highly disappointed.
