Osterizer 14 Speed- Good Alternative for Indian Mixer
Hi,
From the day My Mixer stopped working I tried many models available in the US only to be returned (NOT Satisfied). Then thought to go ONLY for Indian Mixer.So SEARched the net high and low for an Indian Mixer during this time I came across one sensible Lady's blog where she mentioned ' Oster 16 Speed blender'+ 'Coffee Grinder' would be a perfect replace for any Indian Mixer.
So went to store to buy the two, but to my Luck the Store was out of Stock on 16 speed so brought home 'OSTERIZER 14 Speed' + 'Cuisinart Coffee Grinder' and was Pleasantly Surprised by they fine Grinding.
Sorry you had to read all this, but I had to write it all 'cos there are many Indians in the US who might have faced such a problem at least once and there are many more Who may Face it, So all this to save them from the Pain I went through.

worst blender I ever purchased
OSTER 6803 14 SPEED BLENDER
I make a smoothie every morning and had a blender for 6 years that was fantastic. Finally it stopped working,
so, I purchase this one, it is absolutely horrible, the base unscrews from the glass while blending and the ingredients
go all over the place, the white cuff, don't know what it is for but it snapped right off. Have had this blender three
months and am on my way out to buy another kind unfortunately.

I used it for the first time today to make a smoothie. A little more noisy than my Oster Blender with plastic pitcher. The Glass pitcher not to heavy. It took less time to make a smoothie and i like the easy clean button for easy cleaning the glass pitcher. A good price for a 14-Speed for $20.00 during the pre-black Friday sale for members only.

I purchased this blender as a quick need. I broke the glass on my other blender which I paid $100 for at another store. I make my son a smoothie for breakfast every morning. So I need something quick. I must say I love this blender. I think I actually like more than my expensive blender. It's great!

Easy blend
I've had this blender for three years. It is very easy to use and very easy and uncomplicated to figure out. The only problem I have had is getting the blender clean on the bottom between the glass container and the plastic blender component . Besides that I love it and use it often.

The Oster 14-speed Blender is great!
This product is really good. It is simple, but great. I haven't had a problem with it. I blends, cuts, and minces pretty much anything you would want. It is very easy to clean too. I brought it to make smoothies, but now I use it for more than that. It's great!
