    Most used hand-held appliance in our home for 4 years running! October 09, 2010

    We purchased ours 4 years ago and still use it EVERY day. It doesn't work exactly "as seen on TV" but pretty close. Like most hand-held items and appliances, you have to "test" them to your abilities and common sense too. It does have a "leaking" issue if you don't hold it down due to the torque. Also, the black "chopper" has a tendancy to crack if you chop "hard" objects like ice. The "tabs" on the cups can be easily broken if you don't pay attention, rendering the cup useless. Even with these "issues" this is still the best product for the price and value we have purchased for it's type. This is NOT "set it and forget it." All together though, this makes a great house warming gift, wedding or college student gift. They will thank you!! Nearly FIVE years and still going strong. GET ONE!

    Magic Bullet Blender Set - breaks easily December 27, 2010

    I told my mother-in-law that the Magic Bullet would be a great present for my husband b/c he loves smoothies. The second time we were using it (blending frozen strawberries and milk) the blade got caught on a strawberry and would not work anymore. Magic Bullet would not replace the set. Only buy if you are going to blend mashed potatoes.

    Love my bullet, great for chopping, grinding, smoothies, It's fun and convenient. The colored rings make it easy to identify what container belongs to what. Very powerful, can make pesto in snap. Simple and easy to clean. Fun to use. I would recommend this to friends.

    The Magic Bullet Express 17-Piece Blender Set is an ok buy. I would like to see a better model with a much faster mixer.This mixer is just too slow for me.Maybe one with more add ons. Now the price was ok. I can find any other complaints about the 17-Piece Blender Set
