My first one worked great for more than two years. The next one the Buzzer stop working within 30 days. Next one stopped heating within 30 days. On my third one if this stops, I will definitely switch to a Cuisinart. Obviously this store received the lemons.

less than 1 year after this purchase the heating elements are declining - making toast (2 slices at a time - because anything more will not brown evenly) is a long 8 minute process! I am NOT satisfied with this piece of kitchen equipment.

This is worthless! The racks do not easily slide in and out, when you do get the rack to move it tips the hot food out because the design is really poor. The timer does not function properly, I hope you like burnt or not even warm toast. All of the reviews on this site are done by people paid to make products look good. Read reviews anywhere else and you'll see what I mean. This is garbage. It deserves zero stars.

Heats up quickly, however pizza needs rotation frequently to prevent burning.

This toaster oven is beautiful at first glance. It does not make toast well, uneven toasting and takes at least 5 minutes. It will quit working all together within a year or two, Put your money where it will be well spent and choose a different brand.

I find that this oven cooks, toasts and broil nicely, but the design really sucks.The shelf glides inside this oven have a break in the middle which causes the shelf and broil pan to lean downward when pulled out 1/3 to 1/2 out. what ever is on the shelf tends to slide forward and off the shelf if not caught. When the door to the oven is opened, it catches on the handle of the crumb tray and pulls it out.

Huge toaster oven, even holds frozen pizza. It toasts, bakes and broils. Bottom tray slides straight out the front for super easy cleaning.

We have been using this product everyday, it works fine even after many months of use.

I use a toaster oven more than most people; about 3 times per day. I have tried every brand on the market and this one is exceptional because . . I can get a full casserole dish inside it and avoid using regular oven which heats up my kitchen too much in summer months of (Phoenix, AZ area) the crumb catcher tray comes completely out for cleaning and most of all, it toasts a waffle or bread faster than any brand I have tried!! It saves me time when I am in a hurry. I beg to differ if anyone says its takes longer to toast something, it works in half the time. I am going to get a new one this week, I wore the previous one out. Great for making crunchy chicken nuggets too.

This is a wonderful toaster oven. it cooks just like an regular oven I would definitely reccomend this oven.....
