    Warm Oak Fireplace throws off plenty of heat November 25, 2011

    This fireplace is perfect when it's not cold enough to turn on the central heat yet it is cool inside.

    You have the option of running the fan and the fire or just the flames.It is great when you want to curl up on the couch and watch A movie.

    The firplace will hold a flat screen Tv, It's a beautiful accent for any room.

    The front glass of the fireplace is not hot to the touch so you don't have to worry about small children getting burned if they accidently touch it.

    The fireplace is on wheels so you can easily move.The motor is quiet when it's running however,when the fan kicks in it is a little louder than I like noise to be especially if I am watching a movie or listening to music.Overall,it's okay because the noise is only when the fan is turning on.

    I have found the glass to be easy to clean.I like it when I don't have to worry about streaks on glass.

    I prefer to use the "pledge" multi surface cleaner.It will clean the wood and the glass.I don't like the waxy look on furniture so if you're like me you just want a clean look and that's what you will get with pledge multi surface cleaner.

    I hope you enjoy your fireplace as much as I am mine.

    Hardly throws heat.... March 12, 2012

    I bought this fireplace last winter and only used it a few times due to the mild winter weather. The few times I dis use it, it never really threw a good amount of heat to help warm up my room. Last night I turned it on to take the chill off of the room and it cracked and sparked and then it turned on. It scared me and I thought it was going to catch on fire. I kept an eye on it and only let it stay on for about an hour. If this happens again I will be seeking a refund!

    Love this product. Easy to build and generates enough heat for the livingroom.Would definitely recommend this product to a friend or relative.

    Low price,Plenty of heat
    Cons:
    seems like it chip easy

    Got this when it was on sale Go the heater together in maybe hour or so. Then find out it was defective, so back to store it went. Got another one, this time tried the heater first before putting it together. It worked. Seems to heat up bedroom well. The temp outside is about 30degrees. Works well, staying cozy. Will see when the temp outside is 20. I hope it will do as well.

    pretty,Sturdy, easy build
    Cons:
    fan is too loud

    This fan would be good for a bedroom if it weren't so loud. It was quiet at first, but in 2 weeks use it started getting louder than the tv, and it needs a switch for just the heater without the light, and a fan speed control. Didn't heat my 12x14 living room so well, better bedroom heater.
