I love my quesadilla maker!! We received it as a gift and all I could think is "what on earth are we going to do with this???" It sat on a shelf for a few months and then we decided to try it. I am so glad we did! We make all kinds of quesadillas, even desert ones! Our favorite is using leftover chicken from a rotisserie (?sp). We shred the leftovers, add BBQ sauce and spices, and using some shredded cheese make the most delicious dinner! If you are thinking of purchasing one - do it!!

My daughter-in-law made quesadillas with HER Sante Fe appliance several times, and I enjoyed them so much I bought one at Sears and now make my own. It cooks evenly, is very easy to wipe dry with a paper towel, and is attractive looking.

this is an awesome cooker i have had one for about 5 years it is the best i have ever owned. i would recommend this to everyone who likes quesadillas just get some tortillas cheese and you favorite meat and presto
