Needs a timer.
I bought this to replace a Kenmore mixer I had for over 15 years. It's nice, but I miss my Kenmore because it had a timer build into it.

I love this mixer. Received it as a gift, and could not be happier. I did make sure to purchasean extra paddle with the silicone scraper on it, and that makes things even easier. This is great for virtually everything from cookiebread brownies to bread.
