Great Little Machine May 22, 2007
I was really impressed with this machine. You definitely pay a little higher price, but it is worth it. You get what you pay for. The look of it is really slick, it doesn't look outdated. I love the fact that it doesn't take much steam to really get my clothes pressed. And it doesn't leak water like some other models do. Overall, a pretty great machine.

Rowenta....love to hate them August 23, 2007
I am about to purchase my third Rowenta iron is seven years. I had my Black and Decker for about fifteen years prior to my first Rowenta. I really like the Rowenta's weight and features, but the durability is a big question. In the first seven months I owned my first one, it was in repair two times. In the next year, three more times. I gave up and bought another. This last one I had gave me no trouble, but this morning, after just over two and a half years of service, it totally stopped working. I will be buying another Rowenta because I like the weight of them, but it seems they need to replaced every couple of years which is not typical of most other brands.

this is the best steam iron i ever had. it cuts ironing time in half. it does a better job. it does cost more than other brands but it it is definitely worth the difference in price.
