I bought this grill for my son after he moved out to his own place after college. He has a very busy job and lifestyle so I thought he could use this. Not only is it fast, but helps him cook his low calories meals in minutes. For instant, he called me to tell me he cooked 2 chicken breasts seasoned, broccoli stalks and a potatoes microwaved first, brushed with a little olive oil and close the lid. It was the perfect meal, healthy and quick. He has become quite the good cook now that he is on his own. The best gift I ever gave him. I also bought one for my son in college. He makes the best panini sandwiches with ham and cheese......this can be given as a house warming, birthday, graduation gift.
