love this sander
I use this with my new Demmel oscilating tool. I am installing picture paneling and this thing has the power to even out joints and delicate enough to sand down wood putty without loosening the material from the gap or the wood from the wall like my palm sander. These quick change sanding pads are easily rotated to give me a fresh corner three times. They are also large enough to do the job, but small enough to keep a variety in my pocket, I can work from coarse to fine on the same spot in a minute or two. The hook and loop holds tight as well. I recommend getting a rubber-based sanding belt cleaning stick to extend the life of each sheet.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Sad that you are not allowed to purchase the exact grit that you want and must buy un-needed grits to get the one you want.
