4 drawer tool cabinet is great value for the price December 18, 2010
It's perfect for our needs - we wanted something strong and sturdy to hold our fix-it tools, and this fits the bill. The only assembly required was to put on the casters, which was very easy. I must admit, it would be nice if all four casters swiveled. However, this tool cabinet is a good size, very solidly built, and is a great value for the price.

The craftsman tool chest arrived bent and ill fitting drawers. January 06, 2011
I was very excited to get the tool chest. I opened it up and found the backs of some of the drawers to be bent inward. Also, the drawers are not flush when closed. Some of them are even crooked. I did not return it because it was so cheap anyway and a big hassle to get it back to Sears for a return. I figure it is a tool chest and will get banged up a bit anyway (maybe), so just go with it. I am not happy though and would not recommend buying the lower end tool chests. I really thought the craftsman quality wold be much better.

Pros:
Value,Casters,Size,Heavy duty,Varied drawer sizesI love it. I am using it for a very different reason....a jewelry chest! I love the fact that it can be locked when I leave the house and my things are secure.
It is exactly what I was looking for. Difficult to find a cabinet like this with several narrow pull out drawers.

Drawers do not have ball bearings,only 2 wheels rotate 360 degrees.this item does what I need it to do. I needed a basic tool chest to help organize my tools and some other items in my garage. The only thing I don't like about it is that the wheels don't all turn. When I installed the wheels, I installed one on the front right side and then one on the back right side. It was only when I when I unwrapped the 3rd wheel that I realized that it didn't rotate 360 degrees. It was sheer luck that the first 2 wheels I unwrapped to install rotate around. There was nothing in the instructions about the wheels not rotating and the wheels in their wrapping wasn't marked as such.
I think this would be a much better product if all 4 wheels rotated all the way around.
