Good but there is competition
The craftsman is a great value compared to the black and decker version mainly because the quick boost charger. the black and decker version which i originally purchased is also a great tool but it comes with a cheaper 4-5 hour charger(not convienent) Also the craftsman has a metal chuck which is a little more heavy duty, the craftsman battery and the matrix battery and attachments all work together which is also nice because that way you can shop around for which attachment is cheaper which is usually the craftsman as long as it is on sale.

Black and Decker attachement and batteries fit my bolt on!
I like the concept but I'm upset after going to ********** and seeing the black and decker matrix. The batteries and attachments work with my bolt on. now i have to buy the batteries at ********** because they're cheaper....Bummer

The Cats Meeow!
I have used the craftsman bolt on for hanging drywall, screwing in screws into plastic pipe, and inflaiting car and light truck tires. I find myself looking for projects to use this tool for. When hanging drywall all you need is the multitool attachment and impact driver and two batteries and you are set for a day of hanging drywall. The empact driver has more than enough power to punch screws through a variety of materials and the inflator will add that 5 or 10 pounds of air to you tires in a few minutes. Can't wait until I get the rest of the attachment! Love It!!

Bought this drill for the hammer drill and saber saw attachment. Don't need just a drill. Every time I go to Sears or affiliated store, they are out of stock. can't even back order because ware house has no idea when they will be available. Really disappointed in Sears on this one.

Rebranded Black and Decker Matrix drill!
This is the same drill as the Black and Decker Matrix. I'm guessing Sears got it rebranded through them or is now in with black and Decker. Same drill, battery and same attachments. The batteries can be swapped between the two. You can actually buy the Black and Decker from sears also. Though I found it at ******* for $70 The main issue that I had with this drill was the auto shut down feature. It the drill binds up it will cut the power to not burn the motor up. I can easily stop the keyless drill head with my hand. And once you do it will stop while the trigger is being help. Once you release the trigger it will reset and go again. This is unacceptable as you shouldn't be able to stop a 20v drill that easily. It will probably work great for small general jobs. The Craftsman Bolt has a 1 year warranty. While the Black and Decker Matrix has a 2 year warranty. So cheaper price and twice the warranty but different name. Shame on Craftsman for doing something like this.
