    Good for small uses November 20, 2010

    I bought this to use at work taking out long screws from laptops.  These are all SMALL machine screws, so big torque wasn't needed.  I have only had it for about a week now, but so far so good.  It may actually be a little too powerful for what I'm doing, a clutch would be nice to avoid stripping screws, but for $10, I'm not complaining.

    My one grip is the LED light that shines on your working area isn't pointed at the screw, its about 1" low.

    Evolv 17088 is way underpowered and cheaply made August 25, 2010

    We bought this tool to remove dealer tags from new automobiles at my husband's dealership. While there was plenty of torque to remove lightly tightened bolts from the license plate brackets, anything tightened with a more powerful power screwdriver caused the motor to strain. We replaced the original twice before finally getting our money back. The motor in the first one locked up, and the second one broke when it was dropped on a carpeted floor. This product would be good for VERY LIGHT chores like replacing switchplates, but likely would not have enough power to drive a screw through moderately dense drywall to hang a curtain rod bracket.

    This screwdriver is GARBAGE. I charged it overnight and still barely had any torque. the Black and Decker equivalent model is MUCH better.

    I purchased this mainly to make taking face plate screws off a little quicker, as I do this many times at my job and holding a regular cordless gets heavy after doing over 40 per apt. breakdown for painting. I charged this drill up before first use: The forward would only work certain times; the drill feels comfortable but sounds cheap; when forward did work it revolved so slow I might as well just do it by hand. I took it back and did not get another one.

    i writing about this screwdiver its a salemans dream so compact and universal. i bought plenty of drills over the years but this seems to be the best for putting on license plates on vechiles i sell.i have showed this product to all my co worker and since then we now have a total of 10 cordless driver in the building...i would recomend this product to all.

    This thing is a good cheap little cordless screwdriver. I paid 10 bucks for it and I did not expect a lot out of it. I think it pays for itself in usefulness. I think this is a niche tool, it is great for tight places where you cannot get a full size screwdriver or a normal cordless screwdriver. I use it at work for getting behind furniture to outlet wallplates. It is slow, it has little torque, should only use for certain jobs.
