    This 15" Planer came so damaged we were not able to use it. It was obvious that it was damaged before shipping because there was no paperwork inside crate. The digital readout was smashed and the hand crank shaft was badly bent. What was terrible about this was the return process. I called the day it arrived but we actually didn't get it returned until 30 days later. We were hung up on numerous times and told lies about it being processed more than once. I was finally given the trucking company (who delivered it) number and they informed me they just received the notice to pick it up the day I called them. Terrible return!!! Had to call credit card company and complain. Finally was credited for the transaction so I could order another one. Planer was also packaged badly. No protection around the machine at all.
