Stay away from this one. An absolute piece of junk. Does NOT fit my bandsaw. The clamps will not hold it to ANYTHING whether the fit is good or not. LOTS of deflection. A waste of time and money and I wouldn't give it even the one star except you can't give a review without at least one star.

I should have used caution before purchasing this fence. It is indeed an unmitgated piece of junk. The clamps are flimsy and there is no support at the far end. It deflects every time you use it. I brought it back and got a refund. Buyer beware on this one. Read the reviews and you'll see I'm not alone in my digust. It doesn't deserve the Craftsman name on it.

Not bad for the money January 29, 2008

I bought this fence for one of my band saws, an old Delta 14-inch clone. The fence would not mount to the table. So I tried it on my other band saw, an old craftsman 12-inch with cast iron table. It mount just fine on that one. It looked pretty flimsy, but to my surprise, it is reasonalbly sturdy once mounted. There is some deflection in the fence, but at the blade, where it counts, it is only about 1/32 of an inch. For the price, I can live with that. This is not a heavy duty fence and does not compare well with some of the more expensive fences on the market. But what do you expect for $39. I got mine on sale for about $35, and for that price, it is not bad. Just don't expect too much.
