As someone who has been using an Dewalt 18 volt hammer drill/driver for over 10 years, I wasn't expecting all that much out of a screwdriver powered by less than half the voltage of my standard. Boy was I wrong. This slim screwdriver does an excellent job of driving in screws as well as drilling with any of the sizes of drills that Sears sells with quick connect hex drives. The slipper clutch has a very wide range of adjustment that ends in a no-slip setting for use with quick connect drill bits. The quick change drive has a light spring that handily ejects most bits, though it can be a pain until you remember to have your hand under the bit. Finally, having quick change batteries is great so you don't have to quit working when one battery is down.
I had thought about purchasing this kit for quite a few years, but had let it slide down my list of most desirable items because it's performance was an unknown. Now that I know how well it works, I know I should have purchased one years ago.
