This cleans my sanding belts and discs better than I would have guessed!

Have you ever seen a product and realized that the design was so simple you wonder why you didn't think of it?  That's exactly how I felt when I first saw this Sanding Belt Cleaning Stick in the store.  When I bought my first one, I wasn't sure if it would live up to its claims or if I would be disappointed.  Trust me, I'm not disappointed.

I probably spend more time sanding in my woodworking shop than any other activity.  It's a chore that has to be done to achieve the results I'm after, but I wouldn't say I enjoy it.  It is a boring job.  It is also messy (dust flies everywhere in the shop) and replacement sanding belts and pads get expensive.

With this little "magic eraser" for your sand paper you can expect to get 2 to 3 times the life out of your abrasives.  Even better, they will perform better which should minimize the amount of time you spend sanding.

It's fast and easy to use & saves you money and keeps you from having to throw away usuable belts that woudl otherwise normally be thrown away. You can use it to clean sanding belts, sanding disks, sanding drums. One of my Craftsman Club friends told me about these and I went down and purchased one for myself and I was supprised at how well that this little item worked. My belts last much much longer than they used to before. This little item has made my Craftsman belt sander much more efficient and cost effective, now. I would recommmend This Craftsman Belt Cleaning Stick to anyone that has sanding needs in the workshop or in the home. I did not realize it when I bought the cleaning stick, that I could use this cleaning stick on my other sanding devices as well. I just got a drum sander kit not too long ago & I have to go and clean my sanding drums, now :)

i know the product package says its for belt sanders, but it can prolong the life of any sandpaper. i estimate to get double, even triple the life span out of sandpaper now. which can add up quickly, especially when using speacilty paper such as hook n loop. it can even be used to refresh grinding stones.

the craftsman belt cleaner is the best priced, being four to five bucks less than all others i have spotted. it appears to be larger than the others as well.

For the price of a bargain bin sanding belt this thing will save you a lot of money if you are refinishing a bunch of painted wood. I was actually at the store buying more belts when I spotted this. This thing is like magic, an absolute must have.

This saved us all kinds of money on sandpaper. You just turn the sander on and rub the belt cleaner on it and it literally "erases" all the built up paint and makes the sandpaper like new again. (Don't let the sandpaper people know about this gadget or they'll start charging us more money!)
