Easy to setup & use
I bought the Craftsman Router Base Plate / Bushing Set to use with my dovtail jig and for template routing. I could not pass up the price and looking a the base plate, it looked to fit just about anything. The kit comes with eight different sized bushings, plus it came with a top hat bushing adapter so that I can use my metal screw on bushing set also. This kit also comes with a centering pin and mounting screws for the base plate. This set comes with a 1yr warranty from purchase date. Once the base plate is installed on your router, there are no tools required to change or switch out the bushings. the base plate was a snap to mount to my Craftsman router and took took a couple of mins and I was ready to add my bushing and start routing. A quick twist to lock the bushing in place and and I was ready to go play. I gave this a test on some scrap wood and worked like a champ. I also tried my metal bushing set with the top hat adapter and it worked well.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

Craftsman Base Plate/Bushing Set NOT WORTH THE MONEY.
Pro?s Good price, base plate fit on my older model craftsman router and the turn lock was easy to change. Con?s while using my craftsman router and craftsman dovetail jig the turn lock came of its base and was destroyed by my router bit. So for the price and convenience of quick change bushings, my $26.00 router bit Is now toast and I am going to buy a new set of bushing that are not a safety issue.
