My son bought me the lithium ion 20volt drill for my birthday last year. The litiium ion technology is the best thing since sliced bread. I love it! I was tired of my Milwaukee 14.4 volts batteries going dead. I do not need to use a drill on a daily basis, which makes the lithium ion the best for me. I charged the batteries once (last March) and didnt use the drill until today, which is Ten months later. The batteries were still fully charged! Try that with NMH or whatever else and you know what I mean. The drill is powerful, light weight (the lithium batteries are not as a heavy as NMH) and I cant say enough good things about it. I have had at least 4 cordless drills of the years and have gone through numerous batteries because the drill sits for a few months without use. As I mentioned above, this does not happen with the Sears lithium batteries. I just bought the work light which also works great. I intend on replacing all of my cordless tools with the various tools that are available using the lithium Ion. If you buy this drill you will be very impressed with its power and with the long lasting lithiium batteries. I used it for an hour and 45 minutes yesterday and it didnt even put a dent in the power from the batteries. You can check the battery reserve by simply pressing a button the battery. Love it.

I purchased this combo for 199.99 before Christmas of 2008, and charged it up and tried it out. It felt very solid and had plenty of power and torque. After a couple of days of use, the led light stopped working on the drill, which I could care less. Then the I tried out the high/low gear select and it didn't completely engage between the gears but it finally did select after a couple seconds. I then tried the clutch settings and realized it only wanted to slip when it wanted to, not when I needed it to, but I rarely use that anyways so it didn't bother me too much. I gave it a 3 star rating because it is a powerful drill for $200. I use it everyday and the batteries last a long time even while drilling 1 inch holes in studs all day long. The charger is rather nice as it charges fast and tests the batteries. The circular saw works great, I tested it against my friend's milwaukee 18v lithium and the craftsman won. It's a full 7 1/4 vs the milwaukee's 6 1/2. The flashlight is actually really bright but it flickers every few minutes. Overall I would recommend this for the diy'er if you can get it for $200 again. But as I use it everyday and work it hard, I will eventually take it to the store to get it fixed. Next drill I get will be the milwaukee.
