My son made me buy 2 of these he loves them. Had me get one for him and one for his dad as gifts. He said they were stronger than your average plier and demonstrated on several bolts around the garage and car. He is a certified machanic

"limited lifetime warranty" is limited to EVERYTHING
Bought a set of Knipex pliers previously and recently had a problem with them wearing out abnormally. Contacted Knipex to find out their warranty doesn't cover nromal wear and tear. REDICULOUS. The warranty actually doesn't cover any kind of failure one could think up therefor it's a big scam. Stick with Craftsman. They've never given me issues warrantying anything.

Knipex 10" Alligator Pliers
Best pliers I have ever used. I have several pairs in different sizes. I have yet to break or wear out a pair and they are used extensively. My first pair is nearly 9 years old. These are not your old knuckle busters they maintain a very tight grip without using a tight hand grip. Please expand your lineup of Knipex tools.

German Quality
I belive this is the best slip joint plyers a person can buy. Germans are sticklers when it comes to quality and it shows in the Knipex line of hand tools. I like that my local Sears have them in stock. Simply a great tool gave one to my brother and brother in law for Christmass this year. You can apply a large amount of force with one hand on the top handle and the tool will not slip.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
