Double steel wall drawer front design gives greater strength to each drawer. Modular drawer design allows drawer configuration to be rotated. Double channel spot welded support brackets on bottom underside of each drawer reinforces and prevents sagging. Drawer back panel designed for rigidity to hold more weight without sagging or flexing. Fantastic tool box
I removed the shipping material and was stunned at the blue finish of this product. The craftsmanship on this is unbelievable. The detail and quality couldn't be better. A choice between SnapOn or Extreme I chose the Extreme! This box has heavy gauge steel and the drawers slide like butter. I was originally looking at the middle grade box from Extreme Tools (not the entry) and it had fantastic ratings from professional mechanics. I was looking at the 41" chest that had a rating of 200-300 lb drawers and it was still in the $1500.00 range. I almost purchase but I spoke to Shannon at Extreme Tools and he explained the differences. I am really hard on my stuff so I went with the Professional Series EX5511 blue. This thing is 1000 lbs shipped. This is a beast! Always look at the drawer rating for Pro Series. Many companies mis advertise becase Extreme calls all their boxes professional. Look at the drawer rating. (400-600lb is pro, mid is 200-300 lb etc.) I research all products I buy!
