NOT BAD
The box is OK. Nothing to brag about, but you get what you pay for. For typical storage of homeowner tools, this is fine. Has nice big casters. The one thing I don't like is that there's no handle on the side of the box so it's a bit difficult to maneuver (I have the upper and middle boxes on it also). The drawer slides are ok. A little sloppy. Paint is nice. I had a heck of a time figuring out how to remove the bottom drawer so I could install the casters. Push "up" on the black arrow shaped thing on one side and push "down" on it on the other side. Hope that helps someone else!
All in all this is a good box for my garage. I can't complain re: the price, as I got it on sale for $125. Definitely not a box for someone who uses it routinely on a daily basis.

Absolute garbage
I bought 2 of these for my shop. I've always appreciated Craftsman quality. I got them home and put the first one together, which is only bolting the casters on the bottom. The drawer glide on one side fell off the first time I opened it; because of the way the cabinet was assembled I couldn't easily repair it; a special rivet. I put the casters on the second one and; you guessed it, only this time two of the glides fell off. I took them both back to the store and wrote off the day. I'll go to ********** or ****** next time. Sears is really going down hill fast!

Good for the Money
This box is not very heavy duty. I bought it to store tools that I don't use a lot. The metal is kinda thin and the slides are not very heavy duty comparing to another Craftsman box I have. It is MUCH better than the one I went to ************** to buy and walked out when I saw how junky it was made. This is not a box for someone who will use it continually but I think it is fine for a homeowner who needs tool storage.

Great roll around tool chest bottom. The construction quality is good. The casters are substantial. The drawers have ball bearing slides. The drawers operate very smoothly. Since I purchased this item at 50% off I am extremely pleased with the price.
