Pros:
easy to find size you need,holds sockets,only takes one hand to remove the socketThis is a very handy organizer that will really clean up your tool box and save you time when looking for a socket. On the plus side you only need one hand to remove the socket, unlike the types where the socket snaps in place. T he down side is that the sockets must stand straight up and the deepwells will force you to use one of your taller tool drawers. Not a big deal if you ask me, especially considering this is about half the price of an identical organizer off of one of the tool trucks. I bought one in all sizes for every metric and standard socket I own.
