I love craftsman hand tools(not so much their standard ratchets, but the one in this set is excellent), but this case is a joke. My sockets on the bottom fall out of place everytime. I don't know why they can't make a box that has them snap into place like kobalt does. Either way, good pickup at 44 or 50 bucks, but expect to put them back in place each time you have it set in a vertical position when closed.

A nut driver set with magnetic hex shafts is unneccessary. When the magnets weaken over time, the driver set will become useless. All you would need is a spinner driver with a 1/4" shaft (not included)... then you could just use the 1/4" sockets from the socket set. Also, no need to duplicate the same size sockets for both 1/4" and 3/8" shafts. All you'd need is a 1/4" to 3/8" adapter or vice versa - also not included. The tools are sloppily finished with rough edges from the flashing, and the ratchets use cheap plastic moving parts. The case latches seem very flimsy. I would be surprised if they don't break off in a very short time. I expect the set to last a couple of years with light to moderate use, tops. This is not the Craftsman quality I grew up with.

This came very fast, ( I live within 50 miles of warehouse ) no problems with the set, everything was well sorted and up to the Craftsman standard!! Great addition for anyones tool box!!
Like other Craftsman tools, the quality of the tools of this set is non-arguable. I like this set because of its compact size. However, generally I think Craftsman tool set can be better. 1) The extra space inside the box is designed more for cost-saving by Craftsman than for the purpose of an extra tool space. They just want to have a space so that all the sockets can be packed there without distributing to each of the socket holder. I hate this because it means the box is usually bigger than you want. This is a problem for all the Craftsman tool set. 2 ) Personally, I do not like the idea of nut driver set, screw driver set, and hex etc. It makes me think that they are included just for the purpose of increasing the number of the pieces of tools.
