    Craftsman 118pc. dual marked mechanics tool set is very useful February 22, 2011

    I ordered this product for my fiance as a valentine's day present because he fixes his own vehicle but didn't have all the tools he needed. i come from a craftsman family so naturally i went with craftsman. This product is VERY useful, and great for any project since it's dually marked. The tools are very durable and they all have their own place in the case. there's also a flap inside the top of the case to hold sockets and wrenches while closed, in transit, and when opening. I thought that was a great, and necessary trait to keep everything in it's place. My fiance and I are both extremely satisfied with this product and we both highly recommend this product!!

    Disappointed, 3 sets all with missing pieces January 11, 2012

    Bought three sets for my sons for christmas. Tools were in plastic bags and not in their designated locations.  It took me about 20 min to sort out each set and put together.  All three sets were missing pieces.  I was able to come up with 2 complete sets out of the 3 I purchased.  My youngest son had to return to his Army post without his set due to the missing pieces.  I returned to the store after the holidays to get things straightened out and pick up the missing sockets and was told they couldn't help me, and I needed to call the phone number included in the documentation that came with the tool set to receive the missing parts. What a pain!  Making the call now.  Note: I was missing 1/4, 5/16 1/4 drive sockets and 8mm nut driver bit.

    MADE IN USA!!! (don't see that much anymore) This set was perfect for just keeping in my vehicle, it has a nice variety for trips to the junk yard and basic repairs. really glad I bought this set

    I purchased this set during the sears mega tool sale, it was marked half off at $65. It was a good deal normally, but you can't pass that up. The storage case actually works!!! Usually plastic cases either break, the tools don't fit in, or they go everywhere during transport... but this set holds firm. The tools are easy to read (high visibility numbering), they're lifetime warranty, and THEY'RE MADE IN USA!!! Strongly recommend this brand, this set, and sets similar.
