Craftsman 5 pc Metric Flare Nut Wrench Set
Bought this whole set for just some $12 higher than the one wrench I needed to finish a brake job. Value seemed worth it. Well designed wrenches, nice high polish, and very important well-designed plastic holder that will hang on my garage pegboard without dropping the wrenches. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the package said they were made in China. I don't think Craftsman should outsource their products out of the US. I don't care how much money they save.

Chinese made, Wrong size wrenches in set
Mail ordered these. They look decent enough but I guess nowadays "Craftsman" = "Made in China". Doesn't bode well for the Sears/Craftsman name. Worse, when I received the set it included TWO 10mm-12mm wrenches, and was MISSING the 9mm-11mm wrench. So.... back it goes. Annoying as I need to use these NOW.

I bought these in metric and standard a little over a year ago when browsing sears one day. I have used 2 of them and both busted. My box is full of older craftsman tools but if the quality is going down this bad on the newer tools I am going to start buying more off of the trucks.

Would not buy now
These wrenches are no longer USA made. I purchased my set probiably close to 5 years ago and they were great. Unfortunately I broke one and had to exchange it. The replacement wrench even though it had the same part number as the old wrench was not the same wrench in terms of build quality. My original had a straight shank on it, the replacement was angled. The outer edges are lobster claws compared to the older wrenches (probiably had to beef up the outer edges due to the inferior Chinese metal used). The Chinese wrench has poor access in tight areas like import steering racks where you have to pull the lines off to pull the steering racks off. If looking for a set of flare nut wrenches I would look elsewhere before paying a craftsman price for an inferior Chinese product.

Aside from getting my order late from UPS, I am very satisfied with these tools. They are of very good quality and they have a nice chrome finish which should ward off rusting with reasonable care
