Gearwrench wrenches are my go-to wrenches April 02, 2011
These are some of my favorite wrenches.
I have six sets of Gearwrench wrenches -- I obviously like them.
This set is nice, with a well-considered selection of sizes up to 19mm. Several other similar sets have a 18mm wrench as their largest. That's a useless size, the only one from 10-19mm that you'll rarely encounter.
The flex head looks more convenient than it really is. It's rare that I really need it, so this set is less used than the solid version.

flex head not useful for me December 01, 2009
I thought it would be helpful to get those bolts in tight spaces during my timing belt/water pump replacement for my Sienna minivan. it truned out they are useless. The head is flex which makes it so hard to put on bolts even though I used fingers and pry bars to hold the head in place. It's just painful to use these tools. I had to use my regular box wrench to get those bolts in tight spaces.
I'd rather buy a non-flex head ratcheting for the job next time

I've found these rob me of time since I often have to take time to adjust the angle. There have been times the angle feature has come in very handy, but other times the angle head can get in the way.
Well built, comes in handy for some bolts but not something I use all the time.
