Craftsman 5 pc. Mini-Pliers Set all i can say is Awesome!!!! April 17, 2011
I recently purchased Craftsman 5 pc. Mini-Pliers Set for small detail oriented work. I have been a long time craftsman user and these don't lack as far as the quality of their tools. I do a lot of small work form rebuilding alternators to steering gear boxes. With how small these tools are and the awesome grips I have no problem digging in to grab snap rings. Also I do a lot of work with making small metal models and these tools make it a snap. I gave Craftsman 5 pc. Mini-Pliers Set a 5 star rating for the quality and ease of use from these tools.

Poor quality construction January 10, 2011
Craftsman tools used to be known for quality and I am saddened to say that this is no longer the case. The mini plier set seems to be a reasonable value at first, but the lack of quality in construction would make me advise any potential buyer to look at a different brand of tool. The jaws on my set do not line up properly and the cutting edges also do not line up on them. Loose fitting joints do not help matters much either. I did try to return them and pick up a new set, however the new set was no better than the one which I returned.
