wish the auto off would go off sooner,Could use stronger magnetsThe Craftsman Digital Torpedo Level is one of those great products you don't realize what you were missing until you have it. Mine is a bit beat up from over use of it now, but it functions well even on its 3rd set of batteries. The only thing I wish it had was a stronger magnetic pull from the magnetic base. When put on a piece of tubing and bumped around it can move if you are not careful. Overall good valve.

wish the auto off would go off soonerAloha. I got this for my ladies tool box. I asked the guys there at Sears what was a good fit for me, and they recommended this unit. and... its great. Small. Easy to read. Always accurate. This unit is great and handy. i can even put it in my purse. Great for wall art. My 4 yr old even used it to put her pictures on her walls, so if a 4 yr old can use it and love it, she like the reading, then it well approved in our house. Go Craftsman!!

Craftsman Digital Torpedo Level-Plumb Tech! October 28, 2010

Reliable,Accurate,Well Built,FunAfter working with regular vial torpedo levels all these years, my digital curiosity was nagging at me to see if this neat looking tool could find a useful home in my tool box.
I've not been disappointed, but rather Impressed! The accuracy and information feedback is what gets me. How could I construct and build, now knowing, I may have been a tenth of a degree off!? Really, I'm not that fanatical, but really enjoy the details and knowledge in that I can have almost absolute repeatability in my measurements. This little Craftsman digital level has no personal EIE, (eye interpolation error), the readings are what they are. I like trusting that better then my aging eyesight (happens to the best of us)! ;)
I found this gem on a nice sale...but even at the reasonable asking price, it is a Cool, Fun Tool to help out my DIY Projects!
