Description

The Craftsman AccuTrac Laser Measuring Tool uses precise point-to-point laser technology to calculate a single distance, square feet, cubic feet and the Pythagorean Theorem. The accuracy is +/- 3/16-in at 150 feet. With the press of a button, AccuTrac can convert measurements in feet, meters and millimeters and display in both fractions and decimals. A recall feature saves up to ten measurements to memory and allows users to scroll in forward and reverse through the saved measurements. AccuTrac combines laser precision with digital clarity and intuitive buttons for clear, easy measurements. All measurements are displayed on a large backlit LCD screen and an icon is pictured to illustrate the function on each button. While gravity works against tape measures, the laser travels point to point, resulting in more accurate measurements and less aggravation when trying to measure a great room or up multiple stories. A reference point button has been added which allows users to choose where they would like their reference point to begin; at the top of the tool or at the bottom. Adding to the versatility of the tool, it can be used indoors, outdoors and in hard to reach areas.
