    Great price and holds a lot! March 10, 2010

    I bought this for my boyfriend because he had so many tools and no where to put them. I was amazed at how many tools he was actually able to fit in here. I liked how it had the additional tray insert because it helps to store smalled things like nails. (Which means no more losing things!) It is very durable and easy to carry around!

    Craftsman 20 in. Hand Box is not for a serious mechanic. September 09, 2009

    I was using it more than two years at work. I always was concern about the geometry of the black plastic handle, because it looked a little deformed on one side. Recently,  after loading it with some additional small tools, the handle failed. I took it to the Sears store to get a surprise that there is  no warranty. I through it way  at the store.

    I don't recommend this type of tool storage box to a serious mechanic. Instead, use metallic boxes.

    I'm a big fan of durable, rugged, metal things made in the US but some times we just need something that gets the job done and does not wear me out just by carrying it around the house or out to an errand to help somebody out. This plastic box it's well made, it has nice metal latches and a nice strong handle. You don't get that with some plastic boxes, There have been times when I would be walking and I would either end up with my tools all over the floor because the cheap plastic latch broke off or when the box gets so light because the only thing you are holding it's the cheap plastic handle. I can assure you this will NOT happen with this box.

    for a cheap haul around a few tools kind of tool box it's great, but if you put much weight in it the clasps seem to be straining under the weight. don't get me wrong a tool box is a tool box, but no one wants to have the clasps come undone and tools and screws and such scatter everywhere. hasn't happened yet, but I'm leary of it
