The 40" 14 Drawer Mobile Cart is just what I needed February 09, 2011
The cart is a great size for a two car garage. Anyone looking to consolidate tools and parts into one area this is for you. Picked up from the sears store same day, heavy duty great quality - drawers open and close smoothly. pull it out of the box - had no damage what so ever. Help organize tools and garage. The worktop could be beefier - but its still great space for working on small projects.

Good design, but poor quality. May 08, 2007
If you get one in good condition, that is built the way it was designed, this is a good toolbox. Durable, with plenty of space, and smooth operating drawers. But these are plagued with defects. My first one came with scratches down the front of most of the drawers and two drawers that closed crooked. The Sears Hardware store let me swap out some drawers from another in stock unit, but that one did not have enough good drawers to fix mine. I had to have another Sears Hardware store order another unit so I could swap more drawers. Now the drawers I have are straight and look better, but don't glide the way they should. Sears Customer Service would not help, saying there is no warranty. At this point, I give up.

lacks quality constructionI wanted to buy the best Craftsman roll cab. Short of the Professional series, which as far as I could learn only comes in a single smaller size, this was it. From that respect it's a disappointment. The steel is lighter and seems lower quality than the standard Craftsman box I bought 10+ years ago. The ball bearing drawers are no smoother than the old sliders. But my biggest complaint is the Griplatch mechanisms. The top drawers are a poor fit and the locks catch, requiring 2-3 tries and a hard jerk to get them open. I'm concerned that this box is not going to stand up over time.
