Red Intermediate chest
I BOUGHT MY OLD CRAFTSMAN TOOL BOX IN 1970 AND THEY HAD THE OLD FRICTION DRAWER SLIDES. MY NEW 3 DRAWER RED INTERMEDIATE SECTION HAS BALL BEARINGS. THE DRAWERS ARE ALL LOADED VERY HEAVY. THEY OPEN AND SHUT WITH EASE. NOTHING LIKE THE DRAWERS IN MY OTHER TWO OLDER SECTIONS. IT FIT LIKE A GLOVE ON MY OLDER BOXES. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH IT AND WOULD RECOMEND IT TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A EXTRA TOOL SPACE..

A Great Fit
I have outgrown my toolbox 3 times. I bought a bigger one, bought a floor box and now an intermediate chest. It fits perfectly oner the floor chest and under the regular box. My only complaint is that the drawers are not as efficient on their ball bearings as I think they should be. But still a perfect match and on sale, too.

Nice tool chest
All together its nice just as in one of my other reviews. The locking feature that prevents the drawers from opening if you move it are a bit tight and to take care when opening using 2 hands and pulling from the middle don't just yank or you'll tweek the framing. I leave them resting just before the lock catches it so I don't have to fight with it.

A great way to gain space without taking up floor space. Needed to unclutter drawers but keep everything in one area, simple solution added space, nice deep drawers and smooth sliders. Not so thrilled about the ?grab-lock? to open drawers, thought I locked it, but got it down. Great buy, especially on sale
