On a whim...
I picked this up more as a novelty gift for my brother in law than anything real serious. However, we put this bit in my C3 drill and I tested it out on drywall figuring that I had my saw very close by in case I needed it. It did its job pretty well and now I can convert a drill into a spiral saw if I needed to do so. I have not really used it on anything but drywall as of yet so I can't really speak to the quality of the bit in other applications. The problem is with the drill, not the bit, in common usage. I'm too used to using my saw and the control that I have with it. However, this is a nice bit and I'm sure I'll wind up using it again so it does have my recommendation.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
