Overall
Buy a bolt cutter only once!
I have been using a off brand of 24"er's for years. The longer the better. It doesn't just cut larger bolts it means less force is needed to cut. The 35-1/4" are big and heavy but superbly made and a joy to use. I may be a little bias toward the brand as I haven't ever been disappointed with any tool from them.
I would recommend this product to a friend.
