Only available onlineI received this pliers set for Christmas last year. It has a wonderful assortment of pliers for just about any job. I love the Craftsman professional series of tools and these pliers are no exception. Great feel in your hand and very sturdy. The only problem I had with this set is the long reach needle nose arrived slightly bent so they didn't line up properly when squeezing down on something. Off by maybe an 1/8 of an inch. Ordinarily not a huge deal with Craftsman’s great lifetime warranty, except these are only sold online so my local sears had to send the entire set back (not just the one pliers but the entire set) which caused me to have to drive to sears twice (once with the defective pliers and the second time with the entire set) 50 miles round trip each time and have them ship me a new set which took about a week just to replace the one defective pliers. Maybe not too big of a deal for some people, but for $200 I expected all these pliers to be professional quality and track properly when they arrived and not have to hassle with running around to get them replaced. Maybe just a fluke of their quality control system, because the second set was perfect. Other than the small inconvenience of replacing the first set I am extremely happy with these pliers.
