Pros:
Cute, easy to use, light weight, smooth,Great stitching qualityChristmas gift to me, a quilter, great for piecing blocks. Machine is cute and will be easy & fun taking to class and sew-in at LQS. Easy to adjust tension with numbered dial, use a piece of scrap fabric. My first project will be a machine carry case for this cutie.
Too bad Sears had jacked the price up close to double last time I looked. I purchased thru **** for $80 less and now the price here is lowered again. Would have purchased from Sears if they didn't change prices like that.

When I received my Hello Kitty sewing machine, I had never threaded a needle so I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I was pleased to find the users manual was easy to follow. It is easy to use and the quality is awesome. I haven't done a buttonhole but I am sure I can do it after reading the directions.

Great stitching qualityMy daughter (now age 9) has had this machine for over two years and it is an amazing piece of equipment. It is easy to use and does a very good job sewing. A lot of kids machines just can't "cut the mustard" but this one does! I think if it didn't have the Hello Kitty on it it would be great for a grown person. I grew up sewing and have had my fair share of "learner style" machines. This is the best product bar none! I would hightly recommend this!! The stitch quality is very well done. The "dial a stitch" is a great feature. My daughter has a lot of pride in what she and I have been able to make together!

At first I thought the Hello Kitty sewing machine was just a cute toy for a child until a friend recommended it to me as I read all the good reviews from other sites. I decided to get it since I was taking sewing classes. It works really well as it fulfills my needs of sewing assignments. It is excellent for beginners to use and practice. It is light and portable.
