    It really is good, minor things as everything has March 20, 2010

    I had mine for about a year or two and then it decided to break. I think it just may be clogged, but then again the hose stopped working too. In other words, get the 2 year smart plan from kmart, you may think you don't need it, but it comes in handy. Aside from that, it really is a good machine. I don't have a hairy puppy, she's a boxer, but she does make a mess, and this machine handled it very well. It is easy to empty, kind of heavy though. But all and all this would probably be the only vacuum I will ever own. I love it. Definitely worth the money. It does get clogged though, so keep cleaning it out every once and awhile before it gets too bad like mine.

    Good start but... June 23, 2010

    I have 2 cats with long and short hair and I needed something that would pick up that hair. This vacuum did the trick at first. It got the hair on the floor, couches, etc... The problem came after the first month when the hair stated tangling up in the cup. I had to empty it out after just 2 rooms then after just 1 room and had to take it practically appart to get the hair that had somehow gotten entangled in the upper part of the chamber, the small brush stopped completely and the brush no longer turns, and now the main part has stopped working and the belt has broken. I have barely had this vacuum for a year and now have to find a new one. I hope my next one lasts a bit longer. I think I will try another brand.

    This vacuum has the best suction of any I have ever owned. The washable filters are great and save money.

    Recently purchased this vacuum after several others failed to last more than a few monthes. I have two cats, 2 adult dogs and 1 puppy. I have been happy so far with the cleaning power now I just have to wait and see how long it lasts. Have not used the attachments yet, maybe today.

    Pet Hair Eraser :)

    AWESOME!!! Love it!! Two weeks ago came home to it on my deck. A gift from Mom. Put it together by myself quickly and I was vacuuming that evening! My Westies usually bark at the vacuum but they continued to chase each other around. THIS VACUUM IS GREAT!
