Best Vaccum EVER!!!
I must say reading reviews before you buy a product is very useful. I bought a vaccum not to long ago and I didnt read any of the reviews before I bought it and the vaccum was a piece of junk. Then I decided to see what other people had said about the vaccum and I started reading the reviews on it and they felt the same as I. So before I went out to buy yet another vaccum I came across the Dyson, there were so many good reviews that I decided to make it my choice. Although the vaccum does cost up to $500.00 I do believe it is worth the investment and comes with a 5 year warranty, atleast mine did. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this vaccum and the suction is unbelievable. The canister is esy to empty, that was another thing I hated with vaccums - the dust goes everywhere when you had to empty it, I had my husband do it for me, but this one is one I dont mind doing myself, saving him the trouble. So BUY THIS VACCUM, you will be glad you made the choice!!!!!

I bought this because of the good ratings but I must say that the vaccum cleaner was a dissappointment for me. The suction is good but not exceptional. It does't pick up haircuts from tile floore that good. The vacuum is better on carpets than bare floor, but if the carpet is thick and fluffy it's heavy to vacuum, my shoulder gets really tired and the same thing when you detach the flexible hose, it is so tight that it wears out your arm if you for example want to vacuum of a cealing fan or do dusting or vacuum in corners and on base boards. And the emtying of the dust is maybe easy, but it's messy. The little dusting brush is very tiny (to small). And it's really annoying to detach the hose, my three boys think it looks cool, like a rifle or gun but it's very unpractical to use. I'm going to return it.

The worst machine and significantly overpriced.
I hate this vacuum. There is almost no suction making it a huge waste-of-time chore to clean my home. Pretty much performs like a super cheap vacuum for a huge price tag. Plus the warranty is apparently useless since the only service center is in Pennsylvania? Don't bother with this machine.

Best Vacuum I have owned !
Amazingly Easy and Worth Every Penny. I have a bad back and although their are other brands out there that I love and have great features, this Dyson has been a Godsend for me. It is light weight and is so maneuverable in twists and turns. So happy I have it. May be purchasing one for my daughter soon.

Love the vacuum, works great on my concrete floors and throw rugs. HATE the hose attachments and the hose. It is hard to work with. Now I need to purchase more attachments to maybe get to work better, otherwise, love the machine.

Great Machine But
We have owned 2 DC 25 Vacuums the first one motor burned up--- my fault and the second one has almost broke me with parts. I agree with others the parts seem tp be failing more now than on eariler models I have replaced all I can and now I must buy a new one and yes I will buy another dyson for they are the best in many ways I just wish they would go on sale . I thought they would have lasted longer.

I researched vacuums for 3 months before deciding on a Dyson. I absolutely love it. I have 9 indoor cats and this vacuum really sucks everything up. My house is much cleaner now and I am very happy.

Best Vacuum Period
We have been searching for a great vacuum that would really do a great job here in the Vegas Valley. Of the 5 we have had all have failed to do a good job, some even just quit. We have wanted a Dyson for some time but where hesitant to pay the large price tag, due to our previous experiences with failed vacuums. We were walking through Macy's and saw the DC25 on sale. So we decided lets just do it, it has a warranty. So we purchased it and brought it home. I can tell you this is the best vacuum period. its rather quiet, light weight and so maneuverable its crazy. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone it is well worth the money. Thank you to Dyson for making a awesome product.
