    Not reliable.,Doesn't wash the dishes

    We bought this dishwasher because we were remodeling our kitchen and I liked the panel ready design.  IT IS AWFUL!  It doesn't even have enough power to wash the soap out of the dispenser.  I usually have to run it at least twice on heavy and even then it doesn't get the dishes clean and I wash everything thoroughly before I put it in there.  It is way worse than our older dishwasher that was 15 years old.  I would never recommend this dishwasher.  It is a piece of junk.  Not worth the money and it just plain does not work!

    Expensive.,Not reliable.,DEFECTIVE DESIGN

    I splurged on this dishwasher because it was supposed to be quiet and it is, but that is most likely because it doesn't distribute enough water to wash the dishes. There isn't enough water to wash the detergent out of the soap dispenser and I tried both granuals and liquid detergents. Service is less than helpful. The 1st appt was over a week and then extended when the tech called in sick. When the tech realized the part(s) they had drop shipped based on my complaint was wrong, he ordered a patch kit to replace the majority of working parts. Rescheduled for another 7 days. That part kit came in bent due to poor packaging. Part reordered and service scheduled for another 7 days.This dishwasher is defective in design and closing up some of the holes in the spray wand are not going to fix the problem. I want a dishwasher that works, but it won't be this one!

    I've only had this dishwasher for a little over a year, and now the control board is fried and in need of replacement.  It's never done a very good job at its one purpose in life--cleaning dishes--although it looks sexy and has tons of room inside for all those dirty dishes.  Plan to wash everything off before placing inside, since it's little more than a glorified rinsing machine.  I own a lovely Electrolux stove, and I thought the matching dishwasher would be nice, but I'm taking my warranty money and replacing it with a Bosch.
