KitchenAid  Superba 24'' Built-In Dishwasher - White  ENERGY STAR®

Very disappointed in this dishwasher, did my research and it was rated highly, it was on sale, so looked like the ******** for the money. That turned out to be a huge mistake. It ran for almost 2 hours (normal load) and when it was done the dishes were still dirty, especially the coffee cups and any baked on food items. There were still suds in the bottom of the tub, which made me think it wasn't rinsing properly, and the rest of the dishes likely had residue on them too, though not as visible as the coffee cups. I found myself pre-washing almost everything, and the dishwasher was saving energy, but my household usage of water and electricity was going up. After 4 weeks of this, I decided to have it removed and exchanged for a different brand. Cost me some $$'s, but after spending $800.00 on what I thought was a good product, I felt peace of mind was worth the extra it cost me to change it out.

We're pretty happy with this replacement to our cheaper Whirlpool that started leaking after 6 years of use. This unit holds a lot, has a pot scrubber, and runs very quietly.

This dishwasher is great! We were a little nervous at first since the vent is on the side of the dishwasher. We thought this could cause moisture to directly hit our cabinets, but it has not. It cleans very well and is extremely quiet.

This dishwasher is easy to load and SO QUIET that I can run it anytime in our kitchen/great room without it competing with the TV viewing. You don't know it's running. It also has a delayed time feature if you prefer to run it after you go to bed, when everyone has showered, etc. Flexible loading with some fold-down features to make room for bigger items on both top & bottom racks. Dishes come out super dry if you use the dry feature. Self-cleaning filter. Only complaint is the silverware caddy has dividers which tend to need to be readjusted because they have the option to be removed for bigger items. We are very happy with this purchase.

We are glad we purchased this product - however, it doesn't have a rinse only option and we find that pretty annoying. In addition, food wedges between the door and the knife holder - which is irritating. Other than that - nice dishwasher.

We purchased this item 18months ago. We have had 3 service calls that were not covered. The cheap plastics wheels on the upper rack broke after 13 months, the panel was not plugged in all they way so the lights went out in the panel, and the one hour wash light stays on for no reason. This was rated one of the highest in CR, we took a lot of time researching because we use it everyday. Don't do it. Not only does it get louder as it gets older it is poorly made. This is not worth 800 dollars. We had a 300 builder grade that lasted 7 years. This one probably will not make it 2, because now it isn't even heat drying. Stay away!

I wanted a dishwasher that didn't require rinsing the dishes before I put them in. I not only have to rinse the dishes, but I have to wash them if I want them to come out clean. I feel like I threw a lot of money away on this product.

Love it! Quiet, has multiple wash options including a one hr wash. Same manufacturer as my last one, but connections were not the same. You would think they would have that convenience for return customers.

This is the BEST dishwasher that I've ever owned. It's so quiet, it's unbelievable. The interior is stainless which helps with drying - and the features are too numerous to mention. I also had a GREAT buying experience at my local Sears Appliance Store. Installation was easy and quick.
