Kenmore  24'' Built-In Dishwasher w/ TurboZone™ - White  ENERGY STAR®

My friend told me not to buy this dishwasher and she was right. It is very noisy. So much so, I have to make the tv in the next room louder. Its not the motor that makes the loud noise, but the water banging on the door. If dishes are soiled I have to scrape and rinse before putting in the dishwasher, because it doesn't clean it so well. It also doesn't dry very well. The repairman said this is because you have to run the hot water(in the sink) before turning on the dw - to make the water come up to hottest temperature to create heat in the dw and you must use jetdry. never had to run water and use jetdry on my old machine.

We needed to replace the Kenmore that came with the house. We've been here 14 years, and it had gotten loud, the upper basket kept coming out of the track, and finally, it had begun to leak. We did some research and purchased this model based on Consumer Reports recommendations. It is much quieter than the old one, and the dishes come out really clean. Love the silverware racks and that you can actually see the rinse aid level in the dispenser. We have a number of glasses that have indented bottoms. We got very used to having to empty water out of them after the cycle. The rack in this machine keeps them at a perfect slant, and no water collects. The machine was on sale, delivery was included. The gentleman who came to install it was very capable and polite. I have no complaints.

There are so many functions available. I only use the turbo when needed, but boy does it clean the baked on stuff. Even my pyrex type dishes. Very quiet, hardly notice it when running

It started out tenuous because the installer did a bad job and when I told him it wasn't right, he was wrong. I have many rentals and never have I had a dishwasher installed that looks like he left it, even though, I protested. It took a lot longer than I would want to get the situation resolved. That put a bad feeling in the air about Sears and about this dishwasher. However, I have to admit that as of today, I LOVE it! It fits in more dishes that my old one, it's quieter, it does a better job and I love the TurboZone, just to have it there is comforting. I've used it once already! And finally, the price was the bomb! I would have paid a lot more for what I wanted buy my sales guy raved about it and said that it was the best deal in the store. He had other tales about it so I went for it. Glad I did! I saved hundreds of dollars and the job it does is fabulous!

This dishwasher is great so far. It has a nice look in my kitchen, a lock-out button so my 2 year old can't stop the wash or start the wash, lots of options on how to lay dishes and very very quiet. It is a much nicer dishwasher than I have ever had. I didn't like that I payed a good amount of money for the thing and it didn't come with a way to plug into the wall. We found that out during instillation. Other than that, really love thing.

great appliance, easy to use, gets dishes clean!

I purchased this as a replacement for my dishwasher of almost 10 years. It cleans very well and is fairly quiet (not entirely silent but you can not hear it in the next room).

We are very happy with the new dishwasher that we purchased 2 weeks ago. Holds more than our old unit did therefore saving on number of times in use.

This dishwasher is great! Many options and features at a great price. The turbo zone cleans baked on food off pans like a champ. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Very quiet for not having to pay the extra money for the "extra quiet" models.
