    The Kenmore Elite Dishwasher is sleek, quiet, cleans perfectly June 22, 2011

    The Kenmore Elite dishwasher is sleek and modern. It cleans my dishes and silverware perfectly and is extremely quiet! The only thing we sometimes hear is the water swishing around. Another reviewer complained about the beeping sound when the cycle finished, but you can easily disable that option, as explained in the manual, and it stays disabled for future washes.

    If you're curious as to where the moisture vents out, it vents to the left side of the dishwasher and then out the bottom, to the left of the toe guard.

    SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTING March 12, 2012

    I wish I had had my 10 year old Maytag repaired instead of buying this! The only cycle that comes close to dissolving the soap, cleaning the dishes and drying them is the Turbo Cycle in Pots and Pans mode - and then only mostly. Even in Turbo Cycle it leaves soap on the dishes, does not get them clean and they are dripping wet when removed - and forget about the silverware. I have followed the instructions meticulously, used the proper soap and waited for the cycles to complete. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE- in any event, it has been discontinued, probably for good reason!

    Dishwasher was reasonably priced, does a great job of washing dishes and is "QUIET" All you hear is a light swish of water when its running with no motor noise. You have to wait a while after it finishes before plastics are completely dry. Highly Recommended

    Checked this washer out on the 29th of Feb. with a rating of 5 stars. Bought it over the next several days and rechecked the rating this Sunday. It still had 5 reviews and the same item and model numbers but low and behold the ratings dropped to 2.5. The way things change now days. I wonder what happened during those few days. Makes me wonder if the original price was inflated.
