Good machine--but WATCH YOUR DETERGENT! March 05, 2011
We were unhappy with this dishwasher at first. Though its reviews were good, we were getting very unsatisfactory results. A quick (warranty) service call revealed the problem: the detergent manufacturers have been forced to reformulate their products without phosphate, which is what helps prevent re-deposition. Our very-capable serviceman told us to use Cascade Complete (a tablet) ONLY (and we had been using Cascade; always have; but not that form). Problem solved. Since then the glasses sparkle, the inside of the machine itself stays clean. We are now totally satisfied with the machine. Its price was good; we love the delay-wash feature and it (now!) cleans very well. And it's Energy-Star rated as well. I noticed some downgrading on reviews for noise, but it's much quieter than our 16-year old one we replaced, so I feel it's quiet. I would definitely recommend it, especially for the price, but BE SURE TO USE THE CORRECT DETERGENT. 'Nuff said.

Loud and doesn't clean well October 19, 2010
We bought 3 of these dishwashers for a Triplex that we built. We lived in one of the apartment units while we were building a new home so we got to see first hand how these dishwashers worked. It is LOUD. The cycles are LONG and the silverware doesn't get clean. For example, a knife that had been used to spread peanut butter will not come clean. A cup with lipstick on it does not come clean. The dishwasher does not dry the dishes very well---we have to use a dish towel to dry the dishes prior to putting the away. I wouldn't recommend this dishwasher to anyone but an enemy!

Price,easy loading,dish are very clean,Dishes dry and streak freeYou should buy it! All dishes clean. We don't ever use heat dry. With SaniRinse, all dishes dry except a little water on top of cups which is soaked up in seconds by lying towell across. Lower electric bills.

Had to buy a dishwasher the old one started leaking. I am not a firm believer in one particular product/brand so I went with price. This seems to work well to wash but I do not like the way it dries. Of course I didn't know that you HAVE to have a rinse agent poured in the holder and I don't care for that feature. I have had to hand dry more dishes after taking them OUT of the dishwasher than I ever have had to before. As far as looks and buttons I like it but not so sure about the whole package. So I only gave this a 3 star rating. The shelves and stuff are alot different thatn my ole one but it seems to hold a lot of sishes. Just some generic points for you to look at before your purchase. It beats hand washing but needs lot of hand drying

The first replacement lasted a about two months, the second replacement lasted not even one wash! We bought this dishwasher a little more than 2 years ago...I feel it should have lasted longer. Very very dissatisfied.
