This dishwasher is very quiet and cleans great. Only complaint is the silver ware tray lays down on the door when you open it making it harder to load. The lid with the slots for the silver ware is useless for our stuff.

We have loved this dishwasher. We are amazed at how quiet it is and how well it cleans the dishes. This was a new install so I had do do some cabinet re-configuration, electrical and plumbing for the install. I don't know how we lived without it before.

This machine is very quiet in operation - that was a plus point in our purchasing decision. However, there are a few things that have turned out not to work very well. The most obvious is the silverware container in the door. This has a pierced 'grid' through which you have to put each piece of cutlery. The holes are different sizes, so some things fit, and others don't. It's very fiddly to deal with, and although you can hinge the cover up, that doesn't help because the washing action is worse with the cover up. Even with the cover down, unless I've rinsed all the food off the silverware before putting it in the machine, a good proportion comes out at the end of any cycle dirty; only now the food is baked on to the silverware. It's just a badly designed tray. The 'sensor' cycle turned out to leave many things dirty; but using the normal wash cycle works well. There is no way to add an extra rinse, or to do a quick rinse if things are getting smelly before the machine if full - this was standard on our old machine. The food trap is not easy to fully clean - you'll need a bottle brush or something else to get the build-up of grease off the filter. So, overall - nice, quiet machine, which does a mediocre job of cleaning. In general, I advise some careful rinsing in the sink before you place items in it.

Have been using the dishwasher for just over a month now and can say that I have zero complaints. The washer is extremely quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning our dishes. The drying is sufficient and the stainless steel interior is very nice. I needed to find a dishwasher that would fit under a 33 1/2" opening height and this one does if you remove the wheels.

We bought this unit to replace an older Whirlpool dishwasher and couldn't be happier. The capacity of this unit, particularly the space in the upper rack is excellent; plenty of room for just about anything. And the noise level is almost nonexistent. There are plenty of more expensive "quiet" dishwashers out there. Don't spend the extra money.

This dishwasher is easy to load and does a great job of getting the dishes clean and dry. There are a lot of wash options and I like that you can delay 2, 4 , or 6 hrs.

I'm a little ole lady of 64 years and just wanted to let you know I want to thank you for the best dish washer I have ever owned, it is so quiet you can't even tell it is running. You have out done yourself with this product..Maybe someday I will be able to afford a new set of washer and dryer and it will be just as great.. Thank you again whirlpool for your outstanding products...

Instructions with dishwasher recommend using the gel packs over the powdered or bottled soap. We've only used the gel packs so far with good results. It cleans well. Has even cleaned some very dried on gunk if I'm careful when loading to leave reasonable space between dishes. Love how quiet it is while running. My only complaint would be with the silverware but we do tend to overload that so it's probably not the machines fault when the utensils aren't completely clean.

Dishwasher cleans great and is the most quiet of all of the dishwashers I have ever owned.

This diswasher is a thing of beauty, the stainless steel tub is a great finish. Even standing next to the washer while running you can bearly tell it is on.
