WOW this is a GREAT DW!!!
We have had several DWs and this one is a performer. It is quiet while it cleans well. It has adjustable shells which are convenient when needed. The distinctive styling of all Samsung appliances is apparent here as well. Absolutely a pleasure to own.
Fit for a king. Clean dishes, no streaks, and the silverware really gets clean. WOW!!!

Died After 1 Year
Ours never worked right. In one year, we had the mother board replaced twice. Then, after the 1-year warranty was up, it broke a 3rd time. We are currently in the process of getting a partial refund, per Samsung's policy. When it worked, it was extremely quiet, and did an average job cleaning.

would give this zero stars if I could
have had nothing but issues with this dishwasher. had to have it service three times within the first year. biggest issue is the valve keeps having to be replaced. the parts are so flimsy that once the service repairman even broke another part while trying to fix it and so we had to have that replaced. Also having issues with the keypad now which causes the dishwasher to short out. According to the sears sales person I was buying top of the line- more like top of the repair line. If you are brave enough to try this dishwasher be sure to buy the extended warranty as you are going to need it.

Excellent features for the price, and we bought it off the floor so it made it even better. Extremely quite and cleans well. Great features and plenty of space. Short cycle times.

We have thought about seeing if we can return it
This is a very quiet dishwasher which is great but we can't figure out how to get every dish clean every time. We didn't really notice the layered aspect of the top rack which is difficult to use and larger cups/glasses take up too much space because there is not a wider side. The prongs on the bottom are very long which is good for plates but difficult to use for anything else. We have had a lot of food stuck to various items. We will continue to try to figure out how to get dishes clean but at this point I would not recommend this dishwasher

Built to Fail
After a few months past a year, the dishwasher quick working. When the technician arrived, it took him less than five minutes to determine that the motor died, with a repair bill about $500. He said that Samsung is fairly new to this market and has issues with the dishwasher. Recently he has had a number of repair calls for this model, all with the same issue of the motor breaking. Yes, you could argue that we should have bought the 'maintenance protection plan', but seriously, this sounds more like a significant flaw with the product, not just a maintenance issue! I think a better maintenance protection plan would be to not buy this product in the first place.

Samsung dishwasher works great!
I've had it about a month. It's super quiet and does a great job on the dishes. I can run it anytime and no noe evewn knows it's on. Just like all new super efficient dishwashers you have to use rinse agent for every wash, but it leaves my dishes spotless. I'm very impressed so far. Looks great too!
