Panel goes inoperable November 06, 2008

Do not buy this product. We used consumer reports when purchasing a new oven, which was why we selected this particular model in the first place. Within the first three months, the touch panel would not respond. Sears did replace the panel at no cost to us, but it took more than two weeks to receive the part and get it installed. Within the next next five months, the second panel was unresponsive. It was replaced at no cost to us, but now we are in the same situation and the oven is no longer under warranty. Recapping the entire situation - 3 touch panels in 1.1 years. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Note: We had previous touch panel oven that was working for years before we had to replace due to sealing issues, not touch panel issues.....
