small griddleThis oven was a pleasant surprise. We went from electric to gas and I'm so glad we did. This oven heats up so quickly and cooks evenly. The burners also heat up quickly. My husband wanted a griddle and that was one of the reasons we chose this model. The gridlle is small - you can fit four pieces of bread for french toast but cleans up really quick.
